At ME Living Inc., we’re here to make your journey toward support, healing, and stability as simple and stress-free as possible. Our intake process is designed to ensure you receive the right care and services from the very start — with respect, confidentiality, and compassion guiding every step.
Here’s what to expect:
Start Your Intake: You’ll begin by completing our secure online intake form. This helps us learn about your current needs, background, and goals so we can match you with the right program and support team.
Verification & Documentation: Once your form is submitted, our intake specialists review your information, verify your insurance or funding source, and confirm your eligibility for services.
Welcome Call or Message: A member of our team will contact you to confirm your details, answer any questions, and schedule your first appointment or housing placement (if applicable).
Assessment & Care Plan: During your first session, we’ll complete an individualized assessment to create your personalized care or housing plan. This may include therapy, case management, skill-building, or supportive housing.
Ongoing Support: After your intake is complete, you’ll have ongoing access to our care coordination team, regular check-ins, and progress tracking to help you reach your goals.
