We are committed to providing compassionate, equitable services in behavioral health, housing, and case management.
⚖️ Your Rights
As a client of ME Living Inc., you have the right to:

Dignity & Respect – Receive care in a safe, supportive, and discrimination-free environment.

Privacy & Confidentiality – Expect that your personal and health information will be kept private under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

Informed Participation – Receive clear explanations of all services, treatment options, risks, and alternatives before agreeing to participate.

Consent & Choice – Accept or refuse any recommended service (except where mandated by law).

Quality Care – Obtain services delivered by qualified professionals trained in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices.

Access to Records – Review and request a copy of your health and service records.

Non-Discrimination – Receive services without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or veteran status.

Grievance Process – File a complaint or grievance without fear of retaliation and receive a prompt, fair response.

Continuity of Care – Expect coordination among providers and referral to other programs if your needs extend beyond our scope.

Participation in Planning – Take part in creating and reviewing your individualized service or treatment plan.

To ensure the best outcomes, clients are expected to:

Engage Openly – Provide accurate information about your needs, history, and contact details.

Follow Agreed Plans – Participate actively in your care or housing program and inform staff of any changes in circumstances.

Respect Others – Uphold community standards of respect toward staff, peers, and property.

Keep Appointments – Arrive on time or notify staff in advance if you must cancel or reschedule.

Use Services Safely – Refrain from bringing weapons, drugs, or disruptive behavior into any ME Living location.

Financial Responsibility – Provide necessary insurance or billing information and assist in completing eligibility paperwork when applicable.

Protect Confidentiality – Respect the privacy of other clients and their personal information.

Communicate Concerns – Share feedback or grievances through the appropriate channels so issues can be resolved quickly and fairly.
