What do we do in Life Skills sessions? Sessions are: Hands-on Real-world Supportive Step-by-step You’ll learn skills like: Managing emotions and stress Keeping a clean and organized home Budgeting money Building healthy routines Communication and boundary setting You practice the skills in real time, not just talk about them.

How long is the program? Life Skills is ongoing — because growth doesn’t stop. You can attend as long as you are working toward your goals. Some people stay 8 weeks. Some stay 6 months. Some become leaders or peer mentors.

Do I have to share personal information? No. You only share what you are comfortable sharing. This is a no judgment, no pressure, no embarrassment space.
