Do I need insurance to receive services? No. No one is turned away. If you do not have insurance, we can help you apply for Medicaid, Medicare, or Marketplace plans. We also offer income-based sliding scale options.
What insurance plans do you accept? We accept: Medicaid Medicare Most Medicare Advantage plans Many private/commercial insurance plans State and county-funded programs Victim Assistance & Community Support programs Coverage varies based on your location and plan. We verify your benefits for free.

Will I have any out-of-pocket costs? Most clients pay nothing or very little. If your insurance requires a copay or deductible, we tell you before services start. No surprise bills. Ever.
What services are covered by insurance? Most plans cover: Therapy (individual & group) Case management & care coordination Life skills and recovery support Peer support services Telehealth (phone or video) Housing support may be covered through: Medicaid waiver programs State/county referrals Special assistance programs Our team helps determine what you qualify for.
How often can I receive services? Your care plan is customized to your needs, which may include: 1–3 therapy sessions/week Weekly case management Daily support for housing stability programs You and your care team decide together.
What if I already have a caseworker, therapist, or agency? That’s okay. We can work together — with your written permission. We do not replace your care team. We add support, coordination, and stabilization resources.
Can I get services through Telehealth? Yes. Telehealth is fully covered by Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance plans. You can use your: Phone Tablet Laptop No app downloads required.
What if I lost my ID, insurance card, or paperwork? We specialize in rebuild and reentry support. We can help you: Request a new insurance card Replace ID / Birth Certificate / Social Security card Re-apply for benefits if needed You are still eligible to be assessed and supported.
