🔍 Position Overview

The Residential Program Supervisor leads day-to-day site operations, staff supervision, safety/compliance, and resident services. You’ll ensure a stable, dignified environment while meeting program, licensing, and payer standards.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Supervise residential staff (hiring, scheduling, coaching, coverage, evaluations)

• Oversee intake, orientation, curfew/house rules, and grievance procedures

• Maintain safety protocols: incident response, logs, contraband checks, drills

• Coordinate resident services with case managers/therapists; track goals and exits

• Ensure facility readiness: inspections, maintenance tickets, supplies, medications lock-up

• Review documentation (rosters, bed nights, chores, incident/SOAP notes) for accuracy

• Manage calendars (groups, UA testing, meetings) and transportation coordination

• Produce monthly metrics; support audits, licensing reviews, and corrective actions

✅ Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in residential/shelter, SUD/MH, or reentry programs; 1+ year in a lead role preferred

• Strong de-escalation, boundaries, and trauma-informed leadership

• Knowledge of HIPAA, incident reporting, and basic housing safety standards

• Comfortable with EHR/CRM, spreadsheets, and checklists; reliable transportation

🌟 Preferred Skills

• CPR/First Aid, CPI/nonviolent crisis intervention

• Experience with UA protocols and medication logging (non-clinical)

• Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or ASL)
