COCAS and ME Living operate trauma-informed residential and transitional housing programs integrated with behavioral health, reentry, and victim services across GA & CA.
🔍 Position Overview
The Residential Program Supervisor leads day-to-day site operations, staff supervision, safety/compliance, and resident services. You’ll ensure a stable, dignified environment while meeting program, licensing, and payer standards.
🎯 Responsibilities

Supervise residential staff (hiring, scheduling, coaching, coverage, evaluations)

Oversee intake, orientation, curfew/house rules, and grievance procedures
-
Maintain safety protocols: incident response, logs, contraband checks, drills
-
Coordinate resident services with case managers/therapists; track goals and exits
-
Ensure facility readiness: inspections, maintenance tickets, supplies, medications lock-up
-
Review documentation (rosters, bed nights, chores, incident/SOAP notes) for accuracy
-
Manage calendars (groups, UA testing, meetings) and transportation coordination
-
Produce monthly metrics; support audits, licensing reviews, and corrective actions
✅ Qualifications
-
2–4+ years in residential/shelter, SUD/MH, or reentry programs; 1+ year in a lead role preferred
-
Strong de-escalation, boundaries, and trauma-informed leadership
-
Knowledge of HIPAA, incident reporting, and basic housing safety standards
-
Comfortable with EHR/CRM, spreadsheets, and checklists; reliable transportation
🌟 Preferred Skills

CPR/First Aid, CPI/nonviolent crisis intervention

Experience with UA protocols and medication logging (non-clinical)

Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or ASL)
