We offer therapy, housing, and victim support programs across Georgia and California.

🔍 Position Overview:

We are seeking licensed and compassionate therapists/counselors to provide individual, group, and family therapy services to our clients. The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, culturally competent, and experienced in treating diverse populations facing significant life transitions and mental health challenges.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments and create personalized treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, or family therapy

• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes using SOAP format

• Collaborate with case managers, intake specialists, and peer support staff

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews

• Support client crisis intervention when needed

• Comply with HIPAA, Medicaid/Medicare billing guidelines, and ethical standards

✅ Qualifications:

• Must hold an active license: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent in Georgia or California

• Experience in trauma, substance abuse, reentry, or domestic violence preferred

• Excellent documentation and organizational skills

• Comfortable with both in-person and telehealth platforms (e.g., Doxy, Zoom)

• Passionate about serving underserved communities

🌟 Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or ASL)

• MRT, CBT, or DBT certified

• Medicaid/Medicare billing experience
